Neck Rotation with Flexion-Extension

For heel tension restrictions


Sit erect on the side of a bed or on the edge of a chair so your back is not supported.

Rotate your head toward the side of heel tension and drop your chin down toward the shoulder. Hold and stretch for a count of five. Now raise your chin and turn your head toward the opposite shoulder. Elevate your chin and hold and stretch for a count of five. Repeat three times.

Keep your shoulders down while performing this exercise.
